With no need for waiting rooms or pharmacy visits, our streamlined approach ensures accessible, high-quality treatment tailored to your needs. Our process is simple, efficient, and designed for your convenience:

  • Book Your Consultation – Meet with a licensed clinician via video call to discuss your symptoms, medical history, and health goals.
  • Complete Lab Testing – We provide a lab slip for bloodwork, which you can complete at a laboratory of your choice.
  • Receive Your Medications – Once your lab results are reviewed, we send your prescribed medications directly to you—no pharmacy pickups required.
  • Follow-Up Every 90 Days – Regular check-ins ensure that your treatment plan remains effective and personalized to your needs.
Our Process
We have designed our process to be straightforward and patient-centered, ensuring a smooth and effective hormone therapy experience:

  1. Initial Consultation:
    • A one-hour appointment with a licensed clinician
    • In-depth discussion of your symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals
    • Lab order provided for necessary testing
  2. Lab Testing:
    • Bloodwork is required before beginning treatment
    • Patients can visit any local lab to complete testing
    • Results are reviewed to develop an individualized treatment plan
  3. Treatment Plan & Medication Delivery:
    • Medications are prescribed based on lab results and health goals
    • All prescriptions are shipped directly to your home
    • No need for pharmacy visits or in-person pickups
  4. Follow-Up Appointments:
    • Required every 90 days to assess progress
    • Medication adjustments made based on symptoms and lab results
    • Ongoing support and treatment optimization

Follow-Up & Policies
Regular follow-ups are a crucial part of hormone therapy, ensuring safe and effective treatment. Our policies include:

  • Mandatory Follow-Ups: Every 90 days to maintain active patient status.
  • Lab Requirements: Patients must complete lab testing at least two weeks before their scheduled follow-up.
  • Inactive Status: If a patient misses a follow-up for over 90 days, they will be marked inactive and must schedule a new initial session to resume care.

Ongoing care is essential for maintaining the effectiveness of hormone therapy. Follow-ups allow for:

  • Review of Lab Results – Ensuring optimal hormone levels
  • Medication Adjustments – Modifying treatment based on progress and symptoms

Missed a follow-up? If more than 90 days have passed, you will need to schedule a new initial session to resume care.

Payment & Insurance
We offer transparent, straightforward pricing to ensure accessibility and flexibility in your treatment:

  • Cash-Pay Model: We do not accept insurance, allowing us to provide high-quality, personalized care without restrictions.
  • HSA/FSA Accepted: You may use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for payment.
  • No Hidden Fees: Clear, upfront pricing for all visits and medications.
Medication & Lab Testing
We strive to make treatment as seamless as possible by handling both medication fulfillment and lab testing support:

  • Medication Delivery: Prescriptions are shipped directly to you—no need for pharmacy visits.
  • Lab Testing: We provide lab slips, allowing you to complete necessary tests at a lab of your choice. Results are reviewed before making any treatment adjustments.
Cancellation/ No Show Policies
We understand that schedules change, but to ensure availability for all patients, we enforce the following policies:

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. A cancellation within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $125 fee.
  • No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a $250 no-show fee will apply. This policy helps us manage appointment availability and ensure all patients receive timely care.
